We bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings from Shiree. We live in the UK but got engaged in New York so had our rings delivered to our hotel there. Communications were faultless and care and attention to detail was outstanding.

The ring was delayed due to an imperfection in the casting. Shiree Odiz took it upon themselves to recast the ring and upgrade the center diamond for the delay. Simon was great and appoligized for this. He kept me informed on what was going on and kept in contact until I received my purchase.
